Kathryn is a lecturer in the HKU Faculty of Arts where she has coordinated writing support for TPg students, with special emphasis on the use of AI tools. In addition to her academic work, she has maintained a parallel career as a food writer. Her website, Cardamom and Tea, received a\u00a0<i>Saveur<\/i>\u00a0Blog Award, and she is the author of two cookbooks published by Chronicle Books.
