What are the most important roles in the Hong Kong art ecology of the next five years? How does one play a meaningful part in the cultural growth of the region and what are good skills to have? Sign up for this two-part workshop to tackle these and other burning questions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The workshop will cover:<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211; What is the art world? What is the art market? An anthropologist\u2019s approach via a survey of Dr. Sarah Thornton\u2019s \u201cSeven Days in the Art World&#8221;<br \/>\n&#8211; The needs of the Hong Kong cultural sector, and how workshop participants might best be placed<br \/>\n&#8211; Skills to kill it and succeed in the art world, a beginner\u2019s list<br \/>\n&#8211; How can we make culture in Hong Kong \u201cbetter?&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Speaker: Alexandra A. Seno<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Alexandra A. Seno is an arts administrator and an art critic.
