Chow specializes in oil and acrylic painting. Her painting style is partly abstract and partly figurative. Her canvases are usually filled with objects reminiscent of fruits, plants, human body, or geometric shapes. Since 1985, Chow has been dedicating herself to children's art education in Hong Kong. In 1989, she co-founded the Cultural Corner Art Academy with the renowned Hong Kong artist Gaylord Chan in order to teach children art. She also conducted children art workshops for the Hong Kong Museum of Art and Hong Kong Visual Arts Centre. She is one of the founding members of the Artmatch Group. Chow's works have been exhibited locally and overseas.
