Mak came to Hong Kong at one month old. From 1971 to 1975, he studied painting at Goldsmith's College, University of London and graduated with 1st Class Honours. He was the winner of The Delegacy Prize, UK. He also studied sculpture at The Slade School of Art, University of London, and worked under supervision at the Bronze Foundry of The Royal College of Art, London, UK. From 1975 to 1995, He held seven solo exhibitions in Hong Kong and UK and participated in various group exhibitions in UK, China, Taiwan and Hong Kong. | |||||||||||
