Yu specializes in design and illustration work. He has worked in the advertising sector before and has also been art director of several local magazines. Yu has made a couple of appearances in the Contemporary Hong Kong Art Biennial Exhibition. His work Somewhere was selected in the Biennial Exhibition of 1977, while another two works of his, namely Mood (I) and Truth were presented in the Biennial Exhibition of 1979. In 1999, he published his sketch album Hong Kong Drawing 1999 (I) under the sponsorship of Hong Kong Arts Development Council. | |||
