Josiah Leung received his Bachelor Degree in Fine Arts from the Department of Photography at Parsons School of Design in New York, U.S.A. He was awarded the Leica Medal of Excellence in 1987. Leung returned to Hong Kong in 1997 and set up a commercial studio in the following year. Currently, he focuses on both corporate and fine art photography. His work has been widely exhibited.
