Justo Cascante III has lived in Hong Kong since 1992. After he completed Bachelor of Fine Arts in painting in Manila and Mowelfund Film Institute, he started to work as a special effects make-up artist and sculptor. He moved to Hong Kong to work for Tsui Harks film studio to produce visual effects for movies. A new culture empowers him to produce a number of paintings. In 1997 he produced enough works to hold two solo shows, one two-man show and one group show.
