Marzo To graduated from the Ecole Nationale Superieur des Beaux Arts (National Academy of Fine Arts), Paris in the late 1980s. He participated in the Salon d'Automne (1986-1987) in Paris, Art trends ’95: International Art Exposition (1995) and the Funky Funkie Exhibition of Mixed Media (1996) in Hong Kong, and the Rumo a Mar Alto in Portugal (2007). Marzo To’s solo exhibitions include Marzo To solo exhibition (the Fringe Gallery, Hong Kong, 1995), The Melancholic Sublime (Hong Kong Arts Centre, 1998), Distillation-Duality (Queensway Government Offices, Hong Kong, 1999), Instant Art I (the Brunei Gallery, School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London, 2003), Instant Art II (the Brunei Gallery, School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London, 2003). | |||
