Lam received her BA, MFA & Dip. Ed. from the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 1997 and 1999 respectively. She specializes in woodcarving mixed with water, plastic, soft materials and metal. She has held several solo and joint exhibitions. Hong Kong Museum of Art, Hong Kong Heritage Museum, the Chinese University of Hong Kong as well as private and corporate collectors collect her artworks.
