Special permission required. For their third class, in lieu of an undergraduate elective, MA students can enroll in either ARTH7004 or ARTH7008 as an “independent study.” Students will be expected to attend and participate in the class as if regularly enrolled, but will earn 6-credits instead of 9 due to a slightly reduced workload (TBD by instructors).
