Re-opening of Department Office on a Reduced Schedule and Access to the Resource Centre by Appointment

Our department office will re-open next week on 2 days:

April 20 (Monday) and April 24 (Friday)
10am-1pm, 2pm-4pm

Student access to our library collection at the Resource Centre is allowed, but please make an appointment ahead of time, at least 1 day prior to your proposed time. With the reduced opening hours (10am-1pm, 2pm-4pm), we hope to limit each session to under 2 hours, so that we can effectively control the number of students inside the centre at the same time (6 people max.).

Please send an email to our Resources Officer Grace Wong (gslwong@hku.hk), stating your name, year group, and the time period you wish to use the centre.

In order to reduce the risk of infection, our staff will have your temperature measured before you enter (so, just knock on the door to notify our staff). Students should also wear a mask through the session.

Please be prompt. If you can foresee any possible changes to your appointment, please email Grace about it.
