Kathryn Pauline Goldstein received her MA in English Literature from Rutgers University in 2017, where she specialized in medieval poetry and poetics and taught extensively in the university’s writing program. Kathryn is a lecturer in the HKU Faculty of Arts where she has coordinated writing support for TPg students, with special emphasis on the use of AI tools. In addition to her academic work, she has maintained a parallel career as a food writer. Her website, Cardamom and Tea, received a Saveur Blog Award, and she is the author of two cookbooks published by Chronicle Books. Her work has been featured in The Washington PostThe New York Times newsletters, The Sunday PostPublishers Weekly and other outlets.
